Welcome; we are so glad you're here! After a decade of loving Sweet Katie Bee’s and its 12 year old roots, our family purchased Sweet Katie Bee’s in July of 2024 with a desire to grow the business and our community. As members of the gluten-free community, we have long appreciated the cafe’s commitment to accommodating alternative dietary needs and were determined to carry that forward. We wanted to keep Sweet Katie Bee’s rooted in downtown O’Fallon and continue to source local and farm-fresh ingredients, deepening the cafe’s partnership with neighboring small businesses like Wild Wolff Pastures, Behrmann Meats, Fezziwig's Teas, Gator's Frozen Custard, Nitro Salsa, Crunch Crazy, Companion Bakehouse, O'Fallon Garden Club Honey, and LongStory Coffee in Belleville. The list keeps growing! For our family, the greatest joy is simple: creating a space where everyone feels welcome and at home.
SKB is a cozy, trendy, hometown coffee shop and bakery serving coffee, brunch, and sweet treats, both gluten free and regular, in the heart of downtown O’Fallon, Illinois. Beyond daily service, we love hosting your birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and any special events in your life! Our customers become our friends and greatest supporters.
You can find our pastries at LongStory Coffee. Our exclusively labeled Colsito Coffee is roasted by LongStory. We found our favorite roast ever and brought it to you! Part of the proceeds from each bag go to benefit research for childhood cancer. Our sweet son/grandson, Colsen, is a survivor of infantile ALL, having fought leukemia from age 3 months to 15 months old. Community was and has been everything to us.
Today, Sweet Katie Bee’s turns out many housemade syrups, a wide selection of traditional housemade pastries, all-day breakfast, a full espresso bar with seasonal drinks, and a thoughtful alcohol selection. We accept custom cupcake and pastry orders, catering orders, and host private events.
